Overview

The report presents Suntec REIT's FY 2025 double materiality assessment and Board-led sustainability governance. It reports total energy consumption of 148,032 MWh, Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions of 53,588.6 tonnes of CO2e, and total water consumption of 888,360.8 m3. The report also highlights carbon neutrality achieved at Olderfleet, 477 Collins Street and a net-zero target for all assets by 2050.
