Overview

The report is Super Retail Group's first standalone Sustainability Report, covering 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016 across its operations. It reports 11,937 team members, 43% female Board representation and no work-related fatalities. Environmental disclosures report 83,898 tCO2 of total Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and 353,653 GJ of energy consumption for 2015, while the Group reports a 3% decrease in energy-use intensity. The Group also launched a national Red Cross partnership and reported $129,911 in cash community contributions.
