Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes SCA's 2010 sustainability performance across climate, water, employees and assurance. SCA reported a group-wide carbon dioxide reduction target of 20% by 2020 relative to production and a 4.2% decline by year-end 2010. Fresh water use was 231 million cubic metres, while the workforce totaled 45,341 employees and recorded one fatality. The report applied GRI guidelines and reproduced PwC's limited review.
