Overview

The report presents Swatch Group's 2025 sustainability performance across its consolidated operations, including 31,796 employees, CHF 6,280 million in net sales, 356.1 GWh total energy consumption and 6,699 metric tons of waste. Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 emissions totaled 15,996 and 22,439 t CO2eq, while Scope 3 was 829 thousand t CO2eq. The year also featured the Group-wide Sustainability School, 138 supplier audits, and a roadmap targeting a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030.
