Overview

The report describes Swedish Match's 2023 integration into PMI's global sustainability structure, including integration of its GHG inventory into PMI's value-chain carbon accounting. PMI's Integrated Report 2023 is presented as the consolidated view, while Swedish Match workforce and supply-chain data remain outside it; the report nevertheless gives an approximate employee count of 7,400 at December 31, 2023. It records a 2023 refresh of PMI's materiality assessment and Legal & Compliance integration, including rollout of the Code of Conduct and whistleblower program.
