Overview

The report presents 2025 as the first complete operating year following Group consolidation, including the integration of Stoneweg and its approximately EUR 10 billion asset-management platform. It also reports a five-campus AiOnX data-center pipeline with projected capacity exceeding 2.3 GW. Sustainability reporting remains at an early stage: the Group is formalizing ESG policies, governance, monitoring and data systems rather than reporting quantified environmental or social KPIs.
