Overview

The report presents Takaful Malaysia's inaugural ISSB Sustainability Statement and a double materiality approach covering impact and financial perspectives. The Group reports a 22.8% reduction in gross Scope 1 and Scope 2 operational emissions, alongside a net-zero operational emissions target for 2050. Workforce development remained a focus, with 33,156 training hours delivered and an average of 30 hours per employee. Female Board representation increased to 42.9% in FY2025, while community initiatives reached thousands of beneficiaries.
