Overview

The report presents SYN's 2023 sustainability approach across governance, environmental management and social impact, including a materiality matrix with 13 topics. It reports 3,473.1 tons CO2e across Scopes 1-3, 34,064 MWh of total energy consumption and 5,461 tons of non-hazardous waste. SYN had 347 employees, with women comprising 54%, and invested R$ 4.6 million through Instituto SYN.
