Overview

The report is Syncona's inaugural Sustainability Report for the 2021 financial year, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Core option. It describes a 2020 materiality review, a governance framework in which the Board has ultimate sustainability oversight, and responsible-investment expectations for portfolio companies. Environmental disclosures report 17.5 tCO2e location-based and 6.3 tCO2e market-based gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, 61,896 kWh of energy use, and headquarters electricity powered entirely by renewable sources.
