Overview

The report details SysGroup's FY2023/2024 ESG project and reports 409.58 tCO2e of SECR emissions, comprising 29.46 Scope 1, 360.60 Scope 2 and 19.53 Scope 3 transport emissions. It sets a net-zero ambition for Scope 1 and 2 by 2030 and Scope 3 by 2040, against an FY2021/2022 baseline. Employee engagement results included an 85% survey response rate and 80% extreme satisfaction, while female representation on the leadership team reached 37.5%. The Board has overall responsibility for the Group's ESG Strategy.
