Responsible Business Report

Overview

The report presents adi Group's 2023/2024 responsible-business programme across people, community, supply chain, environment, and diversity and inclusion. It reports 770 employees in 2023, 7% full-time apprentices, 18% female representation on the adi Board, and a 5.29% reduction in carbon intensity per employee. Community highlights include over £103,000 raised for UK charities, more than 2,000 volunteering hours, and over 4,000 people reached through education programmes.
