Overview

The report presents TAG's 2024 workforce and operational performance, including 312 direct employees and a workforce in which women represented 46%. Environmental disclosures report approximately 4.1 million GJ of energy consumption, 292.5 thousand tCO2e of gross Scope 1 emissions and 124.2 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions. TAG also highlights more than 30 socio-environmental programs and investments in community initiatives. The report describes its first dual materiality exercise, connecting impact materiality and financial materiality to the risk and opportunity matrix.
