Overview

The report is TAL's second ESG report for FY2024. It reports 10,429.99 tons of CO2 equivalent greenhouse gas emissions, including 428.25 tons of Scope 1 and 10,001.74 tons of Scope 2 emissions, and aims for carbon neutrality by 2050. Workforce disclosures include approximately 15,000 employees, 100.00% health check-up coverage, and no employee fatalities from work-related incidents. TAL also describes ESG Management Committee oversight, a materiality matrix, and 10.34 million yuan of social welfare investment.
