Overview

The report describes FY2025 sustainability actions across the Group's stated Hong Kong operational boundary, including 42,649 training hours provided to 2,988 employees and a first pork-belly upcycling project that upcycled 5,000 kg of pork belly and avoided 3,800 kg of CO2e emissions. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 515, 19,504 and 8,478 tonnes of CO2e respectively, with a stated total of 28,496 tonnes of CO2e.
