Overview

The report presents Tanger's 2021 ESG priorities across people, community, planet and governance, including a third-party materiality assessment and an ESG Executive Committee. It reports 573 employees, 100% LED transition across managed centers, 6.18 million kWh of solar energy, and a 5% reduction in water use versus the 2019 baseline. Tanger also restated 2019 and 2020 GHG data after changing its methodology and set goals for a 15% Scope 1 and 2 reduction by 2025 and net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
