Overview

The report presents Tanla's FY22-23 sustainability performance across climate, people and communities. It reports 1,188.7 MT CO2e of total GHG emissions, including 16.7 MT CO2e of Scope 1, 705 MT CO2e of Scope 2 and 467 MT CO2e of Scope 3. The workforce disclosures cover 662 employees and 15,089 training hours, alongside diversity, well-being and human-rights initiatives. CSR highlights include rural-school support, scholarships, youth skilling and healthcare assistance.
