Overview

The report presents Tata Chemicals' FY2024-25 consolidated financial and sustainability performance across its global operations. It completed a double materiality assessment, disclosed Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, and reported resource, waste and safety metrics. The company set a 28% absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction commitment by 2030 and a net zero emissions commitment by 2045. KPMG provided reasonable assurance over BRSR Core disclosures and limited assurance over selected GRI and BRSR information.
