Overview

The report records 2013/2014 production of 5.6 million kilograms and describes continued support for smallholder growers, including the procurement of subsidized fertilizer and Dolomite. It also reports energy-efficiency initiatives at factories, including investment in more efficient equipment. During the year, Karawita and Neluwa factories obtained OHSAS 18001:2007 certification, joining three factories certified previously.
