Overview

The report presents the Group's first detailed ESRS Sustainability Statement for 2025, based on a Double Materiality Assessment and supported by EU Taxonomy disclosures. It reports Scope 1, location-based Scope 2, market-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, alongside energy consumption of 47.344 MWh and a 1.9% renewable share. The workforce section reports 3,328 employees and detailed health, safety, diversity and inclusion information. The Sustainability Statement received limited assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers SpA.
