Overview

The report presents Teladan's first Sustainability Statement prepared under ISSB IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, with disclosures focused on climate-related matters and a financial-materiality approach. It reports FY2025 Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions, alongside three-year 8% reduction targets covering the consolidated Group. Selected energy and emissions indicators received limited independent assurance from ASAP Advisory PLT. The report also describes Board-level sustainability oversight through the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee.
