Overview

The report describes Telstra's FY17 sustainability progress, including a 68% reduction in emissions intensity from the FY14 baseline and a new 50% intensity-reduction target by 2020. The company helped more than one million vulnerable customers stay connected and reported 32,293 employees. It also collected 4,353 tonnes of e-waste with a 99.9% recycling rate.
