Overview

The report describes Telstra's FY21 launch of a new Responsible Business Strategy focused on trust, digital inclusion and environmental action. It reports maintained carbon-neutral certification and an 11 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from the FY19 baseline. Telstra was recognised as the global leader in the first World Benchmarking Alliance Digital Inclusion Benchmark and assisted one million customers in vulnerable circumstances to stay connected.
