Overview

The report describes Teo Seng's highest-ever 2022 turnover of RM652.0 million and the launch of its boiled-egg processing operation with VHM, HALAL, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP certifications. It reports 16 solar PV systems in operation, 4,462 kWp capacity and 5,428 MWh renewable energy generated. The Group also operated 10 fertiliser plants converting chicken manure into organic fertiliser and obtained SIRIM certification. Sustainability governance assigns primary responsibility to the Board, supported by a Risk Management Committee and risk management team.
