Overview

The report describes Terra's 2021 sustainability performance across its diversified Mauritian Group, including a circular industrial ecosystem and six priority Sustainable Development Goals. It reports 1,134 employees, zero work-related fatalities and continued investment in health, safety and employee development. Environmental highlights include 1,132,836 GJ of total energy consumed, 5,237,956 m3 of total water consumption and 711,750 tonnes of Scope 1 CO2 emissions. The #AretBrilKann campaign reduced criminal sugarcane fires by 90% during the year.
