Overview

The report describes tesa SE's membership in the UN Global Compact and its 2008 Communication on Progress across human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, anti-corruption and society. It highlights a mandatory worldwide Code of Conduct and Purchasing Charter, alongside occupational health and safety initiatives. Environmental priorities included 2007-2012 goals covering VOCs, solvents, energy, waste and CO2, more than 60 projects, and expanded ISO 14001 certification to all plants. Social engagement increased the number of projects from 26 to 43, with a focus on children and young people.
