Overview

The report covers the Group's nine restaurants and Hong Kong headquarter office and describes its 2019 environmental, workforce, safety, training, and community activities. It reports 1,716 tCO2e of greenhouse gas emissions and 2,441,962 kWh of energy consumption. The workforce comprised 144 full-time employees; no staff deaths due to work injury were recorded, while employees completed 1,331 training hours. The Group also continued participating in the Feeding Hong Kong Donation Scheme and charity fundraising for the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children.
