Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is THCP's inaugural sustainability report and describes how ESG was embedded across its investment process and firm operations. Every portfolio company in the THCS III portfolio participated in a comprehensive 2020 ESG survey, with progress tracked across environmental, social and governance factors. THCP also offset carbon emissions from 2019 business travel and energy use across its three offices, while establishing the ESG Hub as a sustainability steering committee. The report further highlights gender balance, including 60% female employees and 33% female board representation.
