ESG Strategy Report

Overview

The report presents the AA's first standalone ESG report for 2021/2022. It highlights a target to reach net zero for its own greenhouse gas emissions by 2035 and a 17% reduction in location-based Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from the 2019/2020 baseline. It reports 153,960 MWh of total energy consumption, 212 tonnes of waste generated, and zero waste sent to landfill for UK workplaces. It also sets FY26 senior-level diversity targets of 40% gender diversity and 10% ethnic diversity.
