Overview

The report presents FY26 progress under Planet, People and Community: operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 38,273 tCO2e, with a 2035 operational net-zero target. The alternative-fuel fleet reached 219 vehicles, while water consumption fell to 8,929m3 and total waste was 4,388 tonnes, with 96% recycled. Colleague engagement reached 76%, and 99% of patrols achieved Level 2 EV capability. The AA also reports Board accountability for ESG strategy and continued campaigning for safer, cleaner driving.
