Overview

The report highlights a 25% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2017 baseline, alongside 2024 energy, water and waste performance tracking. CF expanded its Zero Carbon Building Performance Standard portfolio to 12 properties, the most in Canada. The report also refreshed its materiality assessment across financial and impact materiality and reproduced Deloitte LLP's limited assurance report for selected ESG metrics.
