Overview

The report describes the Bank's 2015 progress in embedding its expanded Ethical Policy across five pillars, covering ethical banking, products, business, workplace and campaigns. It reports 99% renewable electricity and 23,643 t CO2e of greenhouse gas emissions, with the data externally assured. Community investment totaled £1,414,315, alongside 4,352 volunteering hours. The Bank also launched My money, my life with Refuge to raise awareness of financial abuse.
