Overview

The report describes the Bank's 2016 performance against its customer-led Ethical Policy across ethical banking, products, business, workplace and campaigning. It reports 19,559 tCO2e of GHG emissions, 794 tonnes of waste, and water consumption of 90,555 m3, while maintaining its beyond carbon neutral status. It also highlights Board-level Values and Ethics Committee oversight, 33% women on the Executive Committee and 17% women on the Board, and independent limited assurance by DNV GL.
