Overview

The report marks the 25th anniversary of the company's customer-led Ethical Policy and describes how it shaped customer screening, community partnerships and ethical banking. It highlights the Centrepoint partnership, including over £450,000 in donations and fundraising during 2017. Environmental reporting includes 15,488 tCO2e of total GHG emissions and 1,246 tonnes of waste, while the report also describes renewable electricity sourcing and carbon offsetting.
