Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is THFC's inaugural Sustainability Report, covering its own ESG performance rather than the borrower-focused SRS report. It highlights £8.13bn of funding to the social housing sector, 13 ESG risk measures, a Group-wide DEI Strategy and Action Plan, and 33% women on the Board. It also reports 9.570 metric tCO2e of Group emissions for 2023, wholly from Scope 2, and describes sustainable and social bond activity.
