Overview

The report presents Shipowners' 2025 Corporate Responsibility highlights for the period 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025, structured around governance, environmental and social themes. It reports 2,150 tonnes CO~2~e from Club operations in the 2023 financial year, 85% staff agreement with six workplace statements, and more than 6,800 Seafarers Assistance App downloads. Governance highlights include an A rating for the investment portfolio and zero reports of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct. The Club also undertook a Double Materiality Assessment in early 2025 and identified water and marine resources, pollution, climate change, workforce, value-chain workers and business conduct as high-level material topics.
