The report presents Thiess' first standalone sustainability report, covering 2021 performance and excluding RTL Mining and Earthworks. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 1,943 ktCO2-e, Scope 2 emissions of 1.81 ktCO2-e and a partial Scope 3 total of 35.00 ktCO2-e from waste to landfill and business travel. Thiess commits to net zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050 and describes the Board's sustainability oversight.
