The report describes THOR's first TCFD, SASB and GRI disclosures, initial all-category Scope 3 screening, and sustainability governance through the Board's ESGN Committee and management Sustainability Committee. It reports FY2023 global Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 103,532 and 47,787 MTCO2e, respectively, and states that near- and long-term net-zero targets were approved by the SBTi.
