Overview

The report presents 2017 as a foundation year for integrating sustainability into Thriven's operations and metrics. It reports 77 staff, with women representing 37.33% of the workforce, and more than 1,600 training hours supported by approximately RM63,000 of investment. Community initiatives included a new Kota Damansara Community Forest hiking trail, donations and wellness activities. Environmental efforts focused on green project features, renewable construction materials, rainwater harvesting, waste management and LED lighting.
