Overview

The report describes Thriven's FY2024 ESG Strategy and newly established Sustainability Policy, supported by strengthened Board oversight and sustainability committees. It commenced Scope 3 reporting, disclosing 27 tCO2e of Scope 1, 679 tCO2e of Scope 2 and 64 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The Group also maintained 100% procurement spend with local suppliers and reported 116 full-time employees, zero work-related fatalities and zero lost-time injuries.
