Overview

The report presents FY2020 ESG performance for the Group’s main Tianjin operations, including 13,070.4 tonnes CO2e of total Scope 1-3 GHG emissions. It reports 1,062 fulltime, 125 part-time and 103 out-sourced employees, with 997 male and 293 female workers, and 407 employees receiving 22,037 hours of training. Governance places ultimate ESG responsibility with the Board and implementation oversight with the Sustainability Team; community initiatives included a RMB10,000 poverty-alleviation donation and nearly RMB50,000 of purchases.
