Overview

The report describes Tieto's 2018 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance areas. It reports 106 959MWh of indirect energy consumption, a 56% CO2 reduction from the 2016 baseline, and a company-wide 2020 goal to halve energy-related CO2 emissions. The company reports 15 739 employees, continued diversity and inclusion initiatives, and the launch of an ethical AI framework and employee certificate. Tieto also achieved a level B CDP Climate Change score and included limited external assurance of selected sustainability disclosures.
