Overview

The report presents FY2025 as the company's first year of climate-related reporting under Malaysia's NSRF climate-first approach, with full application of IFRS S2 for climate disclosures. It reports Scope 1 of 513 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 of 6,425 tCO2e and market-based Scope 2 of 5,777 tCO2e, alongside a 45% Scope 1 and Scope 2 reduction target by 2030 and Net Zero GHG emissions by 2050. The Group employed 1,463 employees and recorded 100% anti-bribery compliance declarations with zero confirmed incidents. Sustainability reporting was internally assured, while external assurance remained under evaluation.
