Overview

The report presents Tirathai's 2013 CSR-in-process across governance, human rights, customer responsibility, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and community development. Its workforce table covers the company and subsidiaries and reports 696 male and 230 female employees at December 31, 2013; 418 of 552 employees participated in training. Environmental and safety management were supported by ISO14001 and TIS/OHSAS18001 certifications covering the company's areas, with no major or minor non-compliance reported in the last appraisals.
