Overview

The report describes the Group's 2018 governance, employee, environmental and community activities. It reports 3,062 Group employees and more than 400 training sessions, alongside direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions of 3 each in 10,000 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. Environmental disclosures cover wastewater, pollutants, hazardous waste and resource use, while the Group describes public-health, poverty-relief and disaster-response initiatives. Deloitte provided limited assurance over key ESG indicators.
