Overview

The report covers Tongda Group's 2013 CSR activities across its Hong Kong headquarters, five PRC production bases and Shanghai R&D centre. It describes four committees responsible for labour relations, safety and health, energy conservation/emission reduction, and green production. Resource initiatives included approximately 125 million KWh of domestic-production electricity consumption and approximately 1.7 million tons of water consumption, while the Group recycled and reused over 833 tons of production waste. The Group also reported ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications at Nan'an and a RMB500,000 education donation.
