Overview

The report presents the Group's 2022 ESG policies and performance for the year ended 31 March 2022. It places overall ESG responsibility with the Board and uses an ESG Working Group to support implementation and reporting. The Group disclosed 314.46 tonnes of total GHG emissions and 3,606.68 tonnes of reported non-hazardous waste, while its Board comprised two female and four male directors. It also reported zero work-related deaths during the past three years and held ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007 management system certifications.
