Overview

The report presents TEPUK's 2024 environmental performance across its UKCS operated facilities and drilling and well intervention activities. It highlights a further 90 kt CO~2~e/year emissions reduction versus 2023, a 68% methane reduction versus the 2020 baseline, and progress on energy optimisation and flaring reduction. TEPUK recorded 13 unplanned releases to sea totaling 0.85 tonnes, while approximately 5,000 t of waste was generated and 1.4% went to landfill. The TEPUK Biodiversity Action Plan was published at year-end for implementation in 2025.
