Overview

The report covers TotalEnergies EP Uganda's social actions integrated into the Tilenga Project from 2024 to June 2025. It highlights completion of land acquisition, compensation and resettlement for 5,576 project-affected persons, including 235 resettlement houses handed over. Community programmes included 5,125 farmer households receiving farm inputs and extension services, 389 vocational-training beneficiaries completing training, and 50 new secondary scholarships. National content achievements included 10,571 Ugandans employed by the company and contractors and USD 720 million in locally obtainable goods and services awarded.
