Overview

The report presents Toyobo group's FY2024 climate, workforce, and sustainability progress. Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 831 thousand tonnes of CO2, a 31.6% reduction from FY2013, while Scope 3 emissions totaled 5,499 thousand tonnes-CO2. The group has SBTi-recognized targets for Scope 1 and 2 and Scope 3 Categories 1 and 11, alongside a net-zero target for FY2051. The report also reports 10,668 group employees and independent KPMG assurance over selected environmental and social data.
