Overview

The report describes a dedicated sustainability report for the full TIE Group, with the board ultimately responsible for sustainability oversight and an ESG committee supporting TMHE management. TMHE's SBTi targets were approved and verified, while Vanderlande signed an SBTi commitment letter and both major subgroups set net-zero ambitions. The Group had 23,235 employees at year-end and completed its first double materiality assessment in preparation for future European reporting requirements.
